Nokia launches two MMS budget priced phones

Nokia has launched two new phones for the mass market, deliveries of which are to start at the beginning of 2003.

The 3510i is a colour and multi-media messaging phone and the more advanced 3650 is a phone with built-in digital camera and camcorder.
