IMF concerned at state of public finances

The International Monetary Fund has expressed concern at the deteriorating state of Ireland’s public finances.

In a review of the Irish economy, the IMF predicted GDP growth of 3.2% for this year and said Ireland has weathered the global slowdown relatively well.
