Employers to resist compulsory liability insurance

The Small Firms Association has demanded that the Government scrap plans to make employers’ liability insurance compulsory.

The move was proposed in an attempt to curb the spiralling costs of insurance and compensation claims, but SFA director Pat Delaney said it won’t work.
