Datalex takes full ownership of Yatra

Datalex [Nasdaq: DLX, ISE: DLE], a travel software provider, has taken full control of US-based online corporate travel solutions company Yatra by buying out the remaining 50% of the company that it did not already own.

Datalex initially took a 50% stake in Yatra in November 2000, and now that it owns 100% of the company, Datalex plans to integrate Yatra's capabilities with Datalex's global operations.
