Canadian company Accelio (Nasdaq:ACLO), which has an operation in Ireland, has been acquired by Adobe for Adobe common stock valued at €52.4m. The Accelio business is to be integrated into Adobe's operations.
In October, 2001 Accelio opened its EMEA headquarters in Blackrock.
