Aer Rianta and Ryanair continue verbal battle

Aer Rianta and Ryanair have started the new year with a fresh war of words over airport charges.

Ryanair chief executive Michael O’Leary has said Cork and Shannon airports should be given the independence to compete with Dublin airport because it is now more expensive for airlines to land passengers in the regions than it is in the capital.
