Six states reject Microsoft agreement

Six of the 18 states involved in the Microsoft antitrust case have rejected a settlement accepted by the US justice department.

The attorney acting for the 18 states told a federal court hearing that one third of the states were opposed to the settlement, one third in favour, and the remainder undecided.
