VistaTEC's results show increased profitability
Globalisation company VistaTEC has released financial results for the first time.
The company has announced audited revenue figures of US$9.9m for the year 2000/2001. Profit for this period was US$1.2m, an increase of 57% over the previous period.
During the year the company invested heavily in its infrastructure, due to the relocation of its Dublin headquarters and the establishment of a Cross-Platform Testing Lab.
The company won a number of awards during the year, including a ranking of 24th in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 [based on 26% growth in turnover from 1998 to 2000] and the award of Symantec Localisation Vendor of the Year.
Mervyn Dyke CEO of VistaTEC said of the results: "We are delighted with out financial results of this period, which underlines our growth and stability.. and we continue to win new business and remain profitable.
"We see our financial results for the current year [2001/2002] being in line with last year's. We are pleased with this expected outcome, given the current climate."
