Consumer Affairs Director slams Bank of Ireland

The Director of Consumer Affairs, Carmel Foley, has expressed her dissatisfaction with the Bank of Ireland over its new trading restrictions.

However, Ms Foley said she is not yet aware of the extent of the new restrictions.
