Ireland is 13th best European business centre

London was today voted business centre of Europe for the 12th year running - but Ireland's capital dropped a place - from 12th to 13th.

In a survey the British capital was rated first out of 30 European cities for the calibre of its staff, easy access to the markets, languages spoken, transport links and communications.
