Iraq will not resume deliveries of oil unless the 'oil for food' programme is reformed, the Iraqi Foreign Affairs Minister Nizar Hamdoon said on a visit to Britain.

Iraq will not resume deliveries of oil unless the 'oil for food' programme is reformed, the Iraqi Foreign Affairs Minister Nizar Hamdoon said on a visit to Britain.

"We will continue to hold back our oil as long as the extensions (to the oil-for-food programme) only last 30 days," he said.
