Toyota has developed an experimental electric bus that runs on a fuel cell with an extra motor for efficiency and storing energy during braking, Japan’s leading carmaker said today.
The FCHV-BUS1 is based on a bus that seats 63 passengers developed by Toyota-affiliate Hino Motor.
