Cybercrime is not the only reason why cash remains king

When the world’s reserve banks need to create more money, they don’t turn to printing presses any more. With a few keystrokes, trillions can pop into circulation, as happened after the 2008-2009 financial crisis.

Cash, it seems clear, is dead. Or not.
