Nearly 60% of workers are considering changing jobs during 2015, a new survey has claimed, with more than three-quarters of firms looking to increase their staff numbers.

The new findings come from specialist recruitment firm, Hays Ireland, which has also warned that companies need to effectively up their game when it comes to attracting top talent.

According to Richard Eardley, Hays Ireland’s managing director employers with less appealing job perks risk being overlooked in an increasingly competitive jobs market and must do more to offer a complete work-life package to prospective employees.
