Nama extends joint venture project deadline

Nama is extending its deadline — indefinitely — for expressions of interest in joint venture projects after receiving a “hugely encouraging” response by the initial end-of-March close.

The agency said more than 120 parties — half of them based outside of Ireland — have expressed interest in partnering with it on property development projects.

Nama is interested in partnering with construction, investment and asset management-linked firms on projects related to its property portfolio; which could see current assets expanded before being sold for more than originally targeted.
