CBRE in the red with €4.57m loss

Property firm CBRE plunged into the red last year to record pre-tax losses of €4.57m after revenues tumbled by 34% to €7.5m.

New figures lodged by the Irish arm of the international commercial property giant show the company recorded the pre-tax loss after booking an onerous lease provision of €2.56m and a restructuring charge of €109,205.

The pretax loss last year follows a pretax profit of €196,396 in 2011.
