Companies expect profitability gain

ALMOST one in seven chief financial officers in Irish listed companies believe it will be 2013 before the economy returns to growth, but almost half expect their company’s profitability to increase over the next six months.

The latest Deloitte Q4 2011 chief financial officers survey found 68% of chief financial officers believe it will be 2013 before the economy returns to growth, pushing the recovery further into the future when compared to previous surveys.
