GREECE’S shock decision to call a popular vote on its latest bailout has sent efforts to sort out the eurozone’s debt crisis stumbling back to square one, European affairs minister Lucinda Creighton said.

“The summit last week was to deal with the uncertainty in the eurozone...and this grenade is thrown in just a few short days later,” she said in an interview with Reuters.

“Legitimately there is going to be a lot of annoyance about it.”
