Wilhan ditches US Oil and Gas stake

Dublin: The board of directors of Wilhan Limited have confirmed the company has disposed of its interest in US Oil and Gas plc, the London-listed oil and gas exploration company, for a consideration of €1 million.

Wilhan Limited is a private international investment company based in Ireland. The principal activity of the company is trading in the purchase and sale of equities on the New York, London, Dublin and Toronto stock exchanges.
