Sherry FitzGerald report reveals good performance in Cork’s office market

THE Cork office market performed strongly in the first few months of the year with an uplift in enquiries.

A report from Sherry FitzGerald said that on a positive note for supply, construction activity has ceased in both the industrial and office markets in Galway and Limerick, with limited activity in the Cork market.

It also said rents remained stable across the regions during the opening quarter of the year.
