Norish takeover talks now ‘over’

Dublin: Norish Plc said yesterday it is no longer in talks about a possible takeover.

The company said it had received an approach on a possible takeover on November 25.

The company said in a statement: “On November 25, 2010, the board of Norish announced that it had received a very preliminary approach that may or may not lead to an offer being made for the entire issued share capital of the company.
