Luxury homes ‘like London gold’

London: Luxury homes act more as a haven for wealth than other types of real estate and have more in common with gold, according to Savills.

The latest data shows how the number of sales of central London homes costing more than €5.8m follows a similar pattern as the three-month percentage change in gold prices.
