CUSTOMER service is a high priority for Irish businesses with more than half having invested in a customer relationship management system in the past three years.

In a survey, conducted byMicrosoft Ireland, of over 400 Irish businesses, the majority of Irish companies were found to be responding to customers’ demands for faster and better services.

According to the survey, 57% of companies said they have invested in the system in the last three years.
