Occupancy hotel rates grow 2.9%

DURING 2010 occupancy rates grew by 2.9% at the expense of average room rates (ARR) that fell 6.3%.

Occupancy hotel rates grow 2.9%

Most locations recorded some growth in the second half of 2010, according to findings contained in the Savills and CityOccupancy which has just launched a new Hotel Index.

Findings are based on daily statistics supplied during the year by more than 100 participating hotels, located primarily in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway.
