Rockwell to boost Irish workforce

Cork: US-headquartered Rockwell Automation has announced it will increase its workforce in Ireland by 10% by the end of 2011.

These new positions will support Rockwell Automation’s Global Solutions business.

Rockwell Automation employs over 19,600 people globally and acquired Cork-based technology company ProsCon in 2007 and has just completed the final steps of integrating the acquisition as a precursor to this expansion.
