HOTEL accommodation prices are likely to increase from their “insanely low” levels as they are not sustainable, according to the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF).

IHF president Paul Gallagher said that hotel prices are at 1999 levels and are they not sustainable.

“There’s a significant number of hotels not making a profit and things are going to get worse. Something will have to give,” he said.
