Irish market pushes on yet again

ANOTHER up day for European bourses saw the Irish market push on yet again as more positive indicators came out of the eurozone.

The ISEQ index added 36.83 points to close the week at 2981.40.

Despite healthy early movement the financials finished with differing fortunes. AIB tacked on 1.2c to 2.132, while rival Bank of Ireland lost 1c to 2.12. Irish Life and Permanent managed to gain 8.2c to 3.682.
