Revenue phone service disrupted

THE implementation of new software has resulted in the disruption of telephone services at the Revenue Commissioners in Cork this week.

Many callers attempting to contact the general phone number in Cork were unable to do so.

Revenue said lines are expected to be operating as normal today.
