Market to recover ‘by 2010’

THE commercial property market is expected to recover towards the end of next year of the start of 2010.

This is according to a survey conducted in July among commercial property experts which found that close to half of the respondents believe that the market will recover in 2009, but probably towards the latter end of the year.
