Clarification

In yesterday’s Irish Examiner, an article was incorrectly headlined “Wind-up order for Cork company”.

The Irish Examiner is pleased to confirm that no order has been issued by the High Court against Cork-based development firm, John F Supple Ltd.

We are pleased to issue this clarification and regret any distress caused to John F Supple Ltd and any misunderstandings that have arisen.

John F Supple Ltd is trading actively and is embarking on contracts worth €39 million over the coming six months.

The incorrect heading was on a story regarding a dispute between John F Supple Ltd and Briggs Roofing and Cladding. The dispute between the parties has been resolved.
