UL launches energy research initiative

IRELAND’s largest energy and sustainable environment-based research organisation has been established by the University of Limerick.

The Charles Parsons Initiative on Energy and Sustainable Environment was launched yesterday by Energy Minister & Eamon Ryan. It will research the electrochemistry; physics; computer science; electronic, mechanical and aeronautical engineering; maths and statistics, and accounting and finance.
