Rules for partnerships welcomed

CHANGES announced by Agriculture Minister Mary Coughlan to the quota rules governing milk production partnerships have been welcomed by Macra na Feirme.

President Catherine Buckley said while the finer details of the changes have yet to be formulated by the Department of Agriculture, the overall trust is to be welcomed

Given the rapid pace of change in Irish farming, interest in partnerships options was increasing.
