Merrion Capital to buy Oppenheim

MERRION Capital, a Dublin-based division of Iceland’s Landsbanki Islands Hf, agreed to buy Oppenheim Investment Managers Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

The purchase will more than double the size of funds under management at Merrion, the company said yesterday.

Oppenheim has around €1 billion under management.
