Dublin office rent is more expensive than New York, reveals global report

DUBLIN is more expensive as an office location than New York.

Ireland’s capital city has come ninth in a list of the world’s most expensive office locations, beating Milan, Zurich and Madrid.

The report was compiled by real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield which reviewed the cost of office space globally.
