THIS year 340,000 Irish workers moved jobs, with most leaving for reasons other than money.

This is according to the results of a survey conducted by the Small Firms Association which also found one in five left jobs this year because of lack of advancement.

More than 85% of employees left jobs for reasons other than salary.
