7c per gallon increase for milk

AN additional 7c per gallon price increase for July manufacturing milk has been announced by Glanbia.

This brings the group’s July milk price to 154.64cpg (VAT inclusive) or 34cpl.

Glanbia chairman Michael Walsh said the board made the decision in light of the Irish Dairy Board announcement of further milk powder and butter price increases.
