Financials drag market advance

The ISEQ Index finished weaker at the closing bell yesterday with all of the financials making losses while most of the construction stocks gained.

The Irish exchange closed down 18 at 9,432.

AIB eased 4c ahead to €20.80. Bank of Ireland declined 24c to €15.02. Anglo was 14c worse off at €14.85. Irish Life and Permanent was 8c weaker at €18.92.
