Augusta to buy nursing home

Augusta, the Dublin-based property investment company, has acquired a nursing home in Germany on behalf of one of its clients for €5 million.

Augusta has bought the property close to Berlin on behalf of its client Cronin & Company, a south Dublin-based accountancy firm.

Augusta has €100m worth of property under management in both Germany and Britain.
