Market slips over financials hit

The ISEQ index closed in negative territory yesterday down 70 points at 9,378.64.

The financials were 122.42 weaker. AIB dropped 19c to €22.50. Bank of Ireland was 20c lower at €16.15. Irish Life and Permanent declined 25c.

Construction giant CRH fell 50c to €31.39. Kingspan dipped 5c to close at €20 even. Grafton Group added 7c to €11.50 and McInerney was 10c better off at €15.70.
