Market regains modest ground

THE Irish market moved 63.22 ahead while inflation decreased from 5% to 4.8% from January to February.

The Dublin exchange was 9,228.11 at the close.

AIB fell 35c to €21.81. Bank of Ireland was 50c better off at €17.04. Anglo added 15c to €16.22. Irish Life & Permanent bucked the trend dropping 20c to €19.92.
