AIB receives FÁS excellence award

AIB Capital Markets Business Support Services has been awarded the FÁS Excellence Through People Platinum Standard, it was announced yesterday.

The award was presented for best practice in human resource management (HRM) for business planning, continuous quality improvement, communications and work life balance

They were commended for established and effective HRM practices which are perceived to be “best in class” and a key “source of competitive advantage”.
