Appointment at Finance Department

JIM O’BRIEN has been appointed to the position of second secretary general, sectoral policy division, at the Department of Finance.

Among his duties will be responsibility for co-ordination of spending of the annual Budget. Since 2000, he has been the Assistant Secretary General.
