Game on for leadership training

COMPUTER game retailer Game has launched a leadership programme to train their district development managers (DDMs) into future regional managers.

About 10 DDMs per year will be selected for the scheme, which can last up to 18 months.

DDMs will work with their regional manager with feedback from the training department.
