Market bounces back from loss

SHARES in Dublin recovered yesterday from Friday’s losses led by financial and construction stocks.

The ISEQ closed 69.87 points higher at 7,450.72.

The financial sector gained 194.62. AIB climbed 37c to €18.74 and Bank of Ireland added 16c to €13.94. In the second line Anglo Irish was 22c ahead at €11.55 while Irish Life & Permanent nudged up 5c to €17.55.
