Retailer reveals market share of 19.7%

MUSGRAVE is claiming to have cemented its position as the third-largest retailer in the country.

The company said yesterday that its market share rose by 0.8% last year to 19.7% and has continued to increase this year.

The data leaves Musgrave behind Tesco and Dunnes Stores in the retail market and well clear of the likes of Spar, Superquinn, Londis, Aldi, Lidl and Marks & Spencer.
