AIB launches new Polish services

AIB has launched financial services aimed at the Polish community, an indication of the growing size and importance of workers from EU accession countries.

The bank yesterday revealed it will introduce a Polish service desk at its call centre, Polish-speaking staff in 12 branches online international payments.

AIB estimates there are 120,000 Poles in Ireland out of a total population of about four million.
