High returns on British property

CLIENTS of Davy Stockbrokers are getting returns of up 80% on their investment in the British property market.

The broker claims that since the start of this year, its investors have reaped returns of 50-80% on their equity.

Davy said the latest sale on a property in Soho area of London £23 million (€33m), has delivered a 50% return on the investors' equity since the property was acquired in August 2005.
