Tax seminar aimed at SMEs

O’Donnell Sweeney Solicitors will host a seminar entitled Corporate Law and Tax Issues Facing SMEs in Ireland, which will take place in the Corrib Great Southern Hotel, Galway on Thursday, June 17, 2004.

Speakers will examine the need for shareholders in small and medium enterprises, particularly family businesses, to regulate relationships and will explore how to introduce family members to the business. The seminar will also deal with recent changes to company law in Ireland.
