Energy warning for businesses

ENERGY consumption by Irish businesses is forecast to rise by up to 50% by 2020.

Unless industry embraces structured energy management techniques and adapts its usage patterns by converting to sustainable sources of energy, there will be significant future implications for business competitiveness and the Irish economy as a whole, according to Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI).
