ISEQ slip reflected across Europe

SHARES in Dublin mirrored declines across European bourses yesterday. The ISEQ index slipped 16.24 points to finish at 5630.20 at the closing bell.

ISEQ slip reflected across Europe

Ryanair shed 5c as concerns over rising oil prices continue. Over 4.6 million shares were traded in the stock, which closed at €3.67.

The financials were mixed. AIB gained 3c to €13.90, while Bank of Ireland dropped a cent to €10.99. Anglo Irish Bank saw over one million shares change hands, and closed 8c weaker at €14.97.
